1. Web Design Services

Partial Payments & Cancellation:

  • If a client makes a partial payment for a website project and later wishes to cancel, the request must be made within 7 days of the payment date.

  • Any third-party products or services (such as domains, hosting, themes, plugins, or licenses) that were purchased on behalf of the client will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • The purchased items will be handed over to the client along with any necessary credentials or files.

No Refunds After 7 Days:

  • No refunds will be issued after the 7-day window has passed, regardless of the project status.


2. Digital Products (Themes, Templates, Software, etc.)

No Refund Policy:

  • Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.

Exchanges & Fixes:

  • If the product is defective, corrupt, or not functioning as described, we will:

    • Provide a working replacement version, or

    • Fix the issue at no additional cost.

Clients must report any issues within 5 business days of purchase to be eligible for support or exchange.
