1. Web Design Services
Partial Payments & Cancellation:
If a client makes a partial payment for a website project and later wishes to cancel, the request must be made within 7 days of the payment date.
Any third-party products or services (such as domains, hosting, themes, plugins, or licenses) that were purchased on behalf of the client will be deducted from the refund amount.
The purchased items will be handed over to the client along with any necessary credentials or files.
No Refunds After 7 Days:
No refunds will be issued after the 7-day window has passed, regardless of the project status.
2. Digital Products (Themes, Templates, Software, etc.)
No Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.
Exchanges & Fixes:
If the product is defective, corrupt, or not functioning as described, we will:
Provide a working replacement version, or
Fix the issue at no additional cost.
Clients must report any issues within 5 business days of purchase to be eligible for support or exchange.
